Alexandria TS #2

Today I had my first tutoring session with Khaled. I was surprised that he was on time, and we got to know each other pretty quickly. He plans to major in chemical engineering. After I asked him how he was doing in school, and if he had any weaknesses. At first he was unsure if he had any, and said that he wanted to practice talking and listening. After a couple of more minutes he realized that he wanted to focus on writing. I was not prepared to deal with writing for today, so we both agreed to work on that next Monday. I am hoping to find a balance between talking and writing, but focusing more on writing next week. Khaled's English was very good, and I was impressed with all the vocabulary he knew. He even showed me that he made a list of words he would review every night. He is a very dedicated to learning English, and I hope that I can help him improve.
