Carolina CP#2

I met up with my conversation partner Camilo and went to Chick-Fil- A for lunch. We got to know each other more and talked about the various trips he wanted to take while in the United States. He told me about his last trip to Universal Studios the previous week and how much fun he had with his friends. He asked me about how often I have been to the parks since they are so close and if I still enjoyed them or took them for granted. We also talked about his classes and how he felt he was improving a lot but really enjoyed being able to speak to me and increase his fluency. He speaks really well, but fears that his English decreases at times because of much of his speaking is done with some of his friends from CIES who do not speak at his same level. I am happy to be able to help him with his fluency through text messages we exchange and our weekly meetings.
