I
learned that this is the last session that my conversation partner will be at
CIES. She has been my partner since October of last year, and I will be sad to
see her go. After CIES, she plans to get her Associate Degree in Orlando where her
parents want to start their own business. She does not know which college she
will go to, but she is thinking about going to the University of Central
Florida (UCF). Now, her main focus is passing the TOEFL. Since her parents are coming
to stay with her for two months before they all move to Orlando, she only has
until the end of this session to pass the TOEFL. She had planned to pass the
TOEFL and leave CIES last session, but her parents wanted to help her move her
stuff to Orlando. Due to this, she stayed for one more session. I wish her good
luck and hope the best for her.
