Kane CO#3

My last class room observation took place on June 3rd. I observed Mr. Pollack’s group 2 speaking class. I once again was greeted with names and introductions from most of the students upon arriving. This class takes place right after lunch so some of the students were tired and not wanting to do school work. For today's class Mr. Pollack and his class went to the student lounge and met with 2 other classes. The students then had to go around and ask CIES students interview questions. This interview process was to help the student with their speaking final presentation. The students had to get FSU student answers and CIES student answers and then present the similarities and differences between the two groups of students. We were supposed to work on an outline during the last 20 minutes of class, but time flies by when you are having fun and we ran out of time. I enjoyed speaking class because I got a chance to interact with CIES students and get to know some of them. I hope when I go overseas to teach English I teach a speaking class.
