Alexandria TS #8

On May 20, I tutored Dalal for the first time. I started asking questions about herself, and how life in America was. She told me that she enjoyed living in America, but that English was hard. She decided to learn English to get her Masters, and is currently studying for the GRE as well. After that we worked on her speech project that was suppose to be presented after our tutoring session. I enjoyed her speech, and I thought she did a great job. However, I told her that she should go over her introduction one more time because we had to fix certain things. Finally, I asked her what she would like to improve. She wants to work on reading in the future because she struggles with it. I plan on starting off with short articles, and slowly going onto longer ones.
